Before episode 1
Delilah is back from college with a load of laundry and no filter whatsoever. A storm means she and her stepbrother Dani are both staying the night at the family house, where Mom is thrilled to have everyone together and Ray, the stepdad, mostly stays in the background. From grace onward, Delilah teases Dani for staring at her, and he insists he wants nothing to do with her stories. His glances have not escaped her, though, and her room is just across the hall.
The people in it
- Dani: The stepbrother who swears he wants no part of Delilah's stories, yet keeps staring.
- Delilah: His stepsister, home from college, bold, provocative and determined to make him admit what he wants.
- Mom and Ray: The parents at the head of the table, oblivious to the game, busy with grace and laundry.
The two free episodes
Episode 1Free, no account
Dinner during a storm. Delilah asks her stepbrother if the food looks great, Mom has Dani say grace, and Delilah murmurs that he has been ogling her top all meal, sinner that he is. The weather means everyone sleeps over, which Delilah calls fun. Mom sends Dani to help fold the laundry Delilah hauled home from college. With the dryer covering their voices, she offers to recount her Friday night. He refuses and calls her a name. She replies that she has seen how he looks at her and was thinking of him, then starts listing what she might try if they were not related. Mom interrupts. Delilah's plan, delivered on her way out: tonight, across the hall, and a test of how quiet he can be.
Episode 2Free with a free account
Late that night, Delilah finds Dani awake and reassures him: Ray snores and Mom sleeps like a stone. She proposes a turn-taking game. First question: where were his eyes during grace? On her, he admits, and she likes the honesty. She suggests he has pictured things too. Dani notes they are technically siblings; she says the technicality will not slow her down. Mom calls out that it is late, and someone covers with an excuse about water. Then it is Dani's turn. Delilah wants him to say aloud that he wants his stepsister, promising to take something off if he does, and wonders whether he will want her then. They are about to find out.
Where the free run stops. The free run closes on Delilah's ultimatum, with Mom and Ray asleep and Dani yet to say the words. Whether he admits it aloud, and whether either of them can keep quiet, is still unanswered.
What kind of show it is
Family-dinner comedy that turns into a whispered night game. Most of it is banter, with Delilah doing the provoking and Dani playing the reluctant straight man. The heat comes from risk: parents within earshot, the dryer as cover, a room across the hall. Talk-heavy and quick, built on a stepsibling taboo.
