With the parents away on business, he has decided he is the one in charge, a title she does not recognize. Her verdict on him is brutal: no game, no chance. His interest in her is not subtle, and the wetter her shirt gets, the less subtle it becomes. At home, chores are waiting, and both of them know how to trade.

Roxy tries to dump them on him, and he pitches a deal: the dishes in exchange for a night at a club. Going anywhere with her stepbrother sounds like a hard no at first. A moment later she caves, because she wants some fun, with one condition attached: he covers every bill.
