Before episode 1
Someone wants the whole story, and Eva starts with the blunt version: she wants Rachel's fiancé. Rachel is her stepsister, and she lent him to Eva for a deliberately roundabout drive through the pines. Rachel seems to live by a rule that stepsisters share everything. Somewhere between that drive, a fogged-up shower, and a night Eva still can't make sense of, every line got blurry.
The people in it
- Eva: The narrator, still replaying the drive, the shower, and the night with her stepsister's fiancé.
- Rachel: Eva's stepsister, engaged and oddly generous, who keeps offering her fiancé to Eva.
- Rachel's fiancé: The man behind the wheel, distracted by Eva and noticeably slow to say no.
- The listener: Someone Eva confides in, who presses for details and tells her to lie back and begin.
The two free episodes
Episode 1Free, no account
Leading with a confession that leaves no room for doubt, Eva says she wants her stepsister's fiancé, badly enough to lose track of whose he is. Her listener asks for the story. It begins with a drive Rachel insisted should go the roundabout way, and the fiancé soon understands why. The pine trees are supposed to be the view, but his eyes keep drifting, and the banter about bumps in the road writes itself. Back with Rachel, Eva calls the ride scenic, and Rachel cheerfully reminds her that stepsisters share cars, roads, and anything else. Rachel notes Eva looks sweaty and probably wants a shower. Then she turns to her fiancé and asks whether he wants her stepsister. He is not sure how to respond.
Episode 2Free with a free account
Overheard and impossible to forget: Rachel asking her fiancé, point blank, if he'd like a night with her stepsister. Eva can't believe anyone would ask that, and he never refused. Then comes the shower. Eva was in Rachel's bathroom behind fogged glass when he lingered instead of leaving; Rachel, rather than steering him out, swung the door further open. Eva kept showering and let him watch, catching every word and stopping none of it. The listener says that is why she came and asks her to begin with the dark. Eva describes what she saw between Rachel and him, and how Rachel seemed ready to pull her in. Rachel greets her stepsister and asks whether she wants him.
Where the free run stops. Rachel's question to Eva, the mirror of the one she put to her fiancé, is where the free episodes stop. Eva's answer, and why she needs to tell this story to anyone at all, are still held back.
What kind of show it is
Moody and confessional, told in fragments with a couch-session framing. Eva's narration carries most of it, with short flashback scenes that lean on voyeurism and a stepsister triangle that keeps tilting. It is talkier and stranger than most, and Rachel's calm offers are the unsettling engine underneath.
