Before episode 1
Boot camp has reached its fifth day, and the recruits now have a problem named Trainer Harlow. She demands eye contact when she speaks, answers when she asks, and total commitment to her standards. One recruit, addressed only as Private, cannot keep his gaze where it belongs, and she notices instantly. She makes an example of him in front of everyone, then orders him to report back that evening. The stakes are his pride, his stamina and how much discipline he can actually take.

She promises a world of sweat and predicts he will be pleading for more whenever he sneaks a look.

Evening session. Harlow orders him to keep his eyes to himself: stretch first, then grind. She catches him enjoying the view and seems pleased, then sets the test, down on the ground, ten more. When he struggles she demonstrates the exercise herself, which does nothing for his concentration. His inner monologue debates making a move; she'll only punish him harder, and he decides that is exactly the appeal. She asks if he is having trouble focusing, and when he denies it she lists precisely where his eyes have been. He stammers. She hauls him into the changing room, done with excuses, and declares this his stamina training, with one strict condition about when he is allowed to finish.

What kind of show it is
A drill-sergeant fantasy delivered at a jog: barked orders, push-up counts and a recruit who melts under pressure. Banter and heat get roughly equal time, with most of the charge coming from humiliation played for laughs. Harlow is all command; the Private is all nerves and bad decisions.
