Before episode 1
Diana has beaten her sister's husband at golf for ten years running, and the family round has become a standing joke that he swears he will end someday. His wife Tessa is cheerfully hopeless on the course. The real tension sits elsewhere: Diana has spent a decade studying his swing, and she has decided today is the day she quits playing by the rules. Once the carts get shuffled, she has him all to herself.
The people in it
- The husband: Tessa's husband and Diana's perpetual golf victim, who swears he will beat her someday.
- Diana: Tessa's sister, ten years undefeated against him, and openly tired of waiting for something else.
- Tessa: His wife, cheerfully hopeless at golf and suspicious that he loses to Diana deliberately.
The two free episodes
Episode 1Free, no account
Cold open: someone gets a swing lesson, told again and again to slow down, while the husband admits his sister-in-law has stopped playing fair. Tessa jokes that marriage is her real talent, not golf, and the husband hands the tee to Diana, bracing for another loss in a decade-long streak. The carts get shuffled so his wife rides elsewhere. Alone with him, Diana relays Tessa's theory that he loses on purpose, and he quips that he would lose with more style. She spots a flaw in his grip, predicts it will hurt him on the seventh, and steps in to fix it, assuring him nobody can see. Her closing offer: next hole, head to head, winner picks the loser's fate, and she has chosen already.

Somebody back at the carts wants to know what is taking so long; Diana says she is just handing out tips, and they are told Brad is waiting. The wager gets sealed. When the others head for the clubhouse, Diana insists the two of them have a match to finish. She goes one up. The husband admits his wife would murder him for the way he is eyeing Diana, who catches him staring again. A downpour rolls in, so they duck into the cart barn instead of the clubhouse. The match ends level. Diana claims her reward anyway, says she has waited far too long, and promises to show him what Tessa cannot.
Where the free run stops. Rain, a cart barn and a tied match: the free stretch ends there, with Diana claiming a prize she did not technically win. How far the husband lets it go while his wife waits at the clubhouse is left hanging.
What kind of show it is
Sports-comedy banter with an affair simmering underneath. Most of it is trash talk, swing tips and side glances, and the heat builds through proximity: hands on a grip, a shared cart, a storm. Diana drives everything, while the husband spends both episodes half guilty and fully tempted.
