Before episode 1
Colette is engaged, royal and stuck: something keeps her from taking dragon form, and without it she will never wear the crown. She is also already cheating on her fiancé and feeling guilty about it. Her mother has a fix in mind, a healer who turns out to be a warlock. Breaking the spell will take hands-on examinations, a rare ingredient and a few creative readings of what counts as faithful.
The people in it
- Colette: Heir to the throne who cannot become a dragon; engaged, unfaithful and increasingly curious.
- The warlock: A healer summoned by her mother, whose treatment calls for bare skin and plenty of touching.
- Her mother: Wants her daughter crowned and sees the warlock as the cure, whatever the cure involves.
- Agatha: Grows the single ingredient that can break the spell and has always fantasized about bedding royalty.
The two free episodes
Episode 1Free, no account
Stolen time comes first: Colette, mid-tryst, insists they have to stop because she is betraying her fiancé, while her partner only wants her more. Her mother arrives with a plan. A healer could repair whatever blocks Colette's dragon form, and the healer is a warlock. One look at him and Colette is plainly thrilled. He asks to examine her arm, explaining he must study her skin, and his touch sends a throbbing sensation through her that he credits to his healing gift. Fabric, he says, hides the spell, so she will have to undress. He offers to turn away. She stops him and asks him to watch.
Episode 2Free with a free account
Teasing aside, the stakes are plain: unhealed, she never shifts, and a royal who never shifts never rules. Colette orders him to examine her, and he warns her to brace herself. The spell proves too stubborn for him alone, so he leads her off, and she answers with a pun about coming. Their destination is Agatha, who grows the only thing able to lift the spell. Agatha, dazzled, confesses a lifelong dream of bedding royalty and hails Colette as a queen in waiting. Colette, flattered, cites her fiancé. Agatha argues that using only her mouth would not count as cheating. Colette admits nobody has tried that on her and agrees; it ends on a call to watch and give directions.
Where the free run stops. Colette's yes to Agatha's loophole is where the free story stops, so the cure, the dragon and the wedding all remain unresolved. Whether the spell actually breaks, and what her fiancé ever learns, is left open.
What kind of show it is
Fantasy dress-up with a wink: royals, spells and a warlock, but the real engine is temptation disguised as medicine. Talk and touch are evenly split, the lines lean on puns, and Colette swings between guilt and eagerness, with each new helper nudging her further from her vows.
